Job Summary:

The Security - Special Access Program (SAP) team is seeking dedicated personnel to engage with clients and government entities regarding security mandates for proprietary initiatives. This role involves providing essential guidance and support to team members involved in these specialized activities, ensuring they remain informed about evolving requirements.

As a key member of the Special Programs Security Team, you will undertake a diverse range of responsibilities, including:

  • Developing, reviewing, and managing security policies in a dynamic, deadline-oriented setting to guarantee adherence to the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM), Department of Defense Manual (DoDM series), and Joint SAP Implementation Guide (JSIG).
  • Offering oversight and direction concerning security protocols to facilitate successful contract fulfillment.

U.S. Citizenship status is mandatory for this position, as it requires an active U.S. Security Clearance from the first day of employment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administering security protocols (NISPOM, DoDM series, Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) 705, and JSIG) relevant to operations within a classified environment, including:
    • Personnel processing
    • Media control
    • Document/material marking and control
    • Security education
    • Visitor control
    • Destruction of classified materials
  • Implementing a media control program in compliance with JSIG standards.
  • Collaborating with the Information System Security Officer (ISSO) and Information System Security Manager (ISSM) to enforce JSIG requirements.

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • A Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, or in the absence of a degree, 8 years of relevant experience.

Active in-scope Top Secret security clearance: Candidates must possess a current, final Top Secret clearance with an investigation not older than 6 years on the first day of employment.

U.S. citizenship is required.

Experience with the following policies is essential:

  • NISPOM
  • DoD M series
  • ICD 705

Qualifications We Value:
