KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • As a vital member of the Operations Leadership team, you will:
  • Lead and inspire all hotel departments to ensure exceptional guest service.
  • Mentor and develop team members to excel in their roles.
  • Achieve key performance indicators related to quality, service, and profitability.
  • Model best practices in quality assurance daily and consistently meet or exceed performance metrics.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • A genuine passion for serving others and exceeding guest expectations.
  • A bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business, or a related field is preferred.
  • A minimum of one year of supervisory experience with a proven track record of leadership success; experience in hotel housekeeping is advantageous.
