Key Responsibilities- Guest Experience: Collaborate with the Front Office Manager and Director of Housekeeping to ensure all brand standards are met, and employees are developed to provide outstanding guest service.
- Financial Management: Support the General Manager in managing financial expenses, ensuring all expenses stay within budget.
- Capital Planning: Identify capital needs and support the maintenance of the hotel's overall condition.
- Guest Satisfaction: Develop and innovate guest satisfaction programs for housekeeping and front desk, and assist with reservations and guest inquiries as needed.
- Team Leadership: Lead, train, and develop a team of high-performing hotel department managers.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Restaurants + Bars, Catering, Sales, and Banquets to ensure all guest needs are met.
- 3+ years of management experience in hospitality.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Ability to diplomatically deal with difficult situations and people, while exhibiting a consistent level of integrity.
- Experience with Opera and Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.
- A genuine passion for guest service and building relationships.
- Outstanding organizational abilities and skills for taking initiative, problem-solving, multi-tasking, and prioritizing.
- Flexible schedule, able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
