Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant General Manager to oversee the operations of our Wendy's restaurants. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction, while maintaining a safe and clean environment for our guests and team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the overall operations of the restaurant, including financial performance, product production, inventory, personnel, sales, and marketing.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Manage and train a team of restaurant staff, including hourly crew members and management team members.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations, as well as Company policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and control costs, including labor, inventory, and supplies.
  • Develop and implement marketing promotions and activities to attract new customers and increase sales.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • College degree preferred.
  • 2 years of progressive and relevant experience in the restaurant industry.
  • Experience in supervising and managing staff.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Strong financial acumen and P&L accountability experience.
  • Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, staffing, and scheduling.
