About the Role

Alro Steel Corporation is seeking a skilled Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Essex, MD. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing an established customer base, pricing and processing orders, and solving customer delivery and material challenges.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow an existing customer base to drive sales growth and revenue
  • Pricing and processing orders in a timely and accurate manner
  • Solve customer delivery and material challenges to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Interact with operations on behalf of the customer to ensure seamless communication
Requirements
  • Previous experience in metals sales or a related field
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
