About the Role

We're seeking an exceptional Mid Market Sales Executive to join our North America sales team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for driving new customer acquisition and growth in our Mid-Market segment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive new business opportunities in the Mid-Market segment.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at prospective customer companies.
  • Conduct product demos and sales presentations to showcase Culture Amp's value proposition.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales goals and drive business growth.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Proven sales experience in a quota-carrying role, with a track record of driving revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of the Mid-Market segment and its key challenges.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas simply.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive business results.
