Transforming Accounting Processes at Axon Enterprise

Axion Enterprise is seeking a highly skilled Fixed Asset Manager to join our team. As a key member of our accounting department, you will be responsible for the global fixed asset process and reporting, collaborating across capabilities to build efficient and sustainable accounting processes that facilitate strong internal financial controls and support business growth.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective fixed asset management processes, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Analyze investments to determine proper accounting treatment, applying internal policies and ASC 842 guidelines.
  • Prepare and record journal entries, monthly account fluctuation analysis, and reconciliations to support SEC footnote preparation.
  • Identify and implement process improvements, automation opportunities, and enhanced reporting capabilities to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Manage data integrity and prepare financial information for completeness, accuracy, timeliness, and accessibility.
  • Coordinate audit responses and work with auditors to ensure seamless financial reporting.
  • Foster collaboration and teamwork within and across organizational boundaries to drive business success.
  • Monitor and execute internal control procedures to protect company assets and ensure compliance.

Axon Enterprise is a total compensation company, offering a comprehensive compensation package that includes base pay, bonus, and stock awards. The starting base pay for this role is between USD 96,000 in the lowest geographic market and USD 144,000 in the highest geographic market, depending on various factors.
