As an Enterprise Account Executive at WalkMe, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and expanding our presence in the market. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, as well as expanding our relationships with existing customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at Enterprise accounts
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales Engineering, Customer Success, and BDR, to drive sales success
  • Utilize Salesforce, Gong, LinkedIn, and other best-in-class applications to manage sales processes and drive revenue growth
  • Develop and deliver compelling value-based sales pitches to Enterprise customers
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of sales experience, with a proven track record of success in SaaS solution selling to Enterprise accounts
  • Experience selling into a broader Partner Ecosystem, including both Direct and Indirect Engagement with potential clients
  • Strong domain experience in a relevant industry, such as Banking/FSIs/Healthcare
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key decision-makers
  • Ability to work independently within a collaborative environment
