About the Role

We're seeking a seasoned Account Executive to join our Mid-market and Enterprise team at Klaviyo. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our most strategic clients, driving revenue growth, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our Mid-market and Enterprise client base
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from qualification to close, with support from Strategic Solutions Architects and cross-departmental functions
  • Partner with Customer Success to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing support for our clients
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to identify and improve cross-departmental efforts for Upmarket clients
  • Provide guidance and support to new Account Executives and contribute to a culture of learning and development within the team
Requirements
  • 5+ years of closing experience in SaaS and MarTech, with a proven track record of success in Mid-market and Enterprise sales
  • Experience working with strategic accounts and multiple stakeholders, with a strong understanding of MarTech and the competitive landscape
  • Technical selling capability and a passion for building relationships with clients
  • Ability to work remotely and be self-motivated, with a strong sense of accountability and a growth mindset
