Job Title: Lease Administration Specialist

Vaco, a leading staffing firm, is seeking a skilled Lease Administration Specialist to join our team. As a Lease Administration Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting the Real Estate Department with administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the Real Estate Department, including file management, word processing, and coordination of correspondence.
  • Document management through organization, tracking, and monitoring of file repositories.
  • Perform lease data audits through manual and automated data analysis to ensure quality.
  • Interpret and abstract critical legal documents, terms, and clauses in accordance with project needs.
  • Manage data input into Real Estate Management software and/or property records database.
  • Collaborate with the Real Estate team and other departments to ensure best practices and policies are followed.
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders for Real Estate Accounting, Property Management, and lease administration.

Determining compensation for this role depends on a wide array of factors, including skill sets, experience, and training. Base compensation may vary based on office location and other geographic considerations. Discretionary bonuses may be eligible.
