Patient Liaison Opportunity

This role serves as a liaison between patients and staff to promote improved communication, processes, and patient experience. The successful candidate will work with clinical and non-clinical staff to address patient feedback, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Key responsibilities include sharing information with process owners, communicating review responses to patients, and promoting a culture of excellence.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Communications, or a related field
  • Five years of experience in medical, social, or customer service
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bilingual - English/Spanish
