We are seeking a skilled and experienced Hospital/Clinical Liaison to join our team at Hamilton Arms Center. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase patient referrals and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain relationships with physicians and other healthcare providers to gain patient referrals
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Monitor sales processes to ensure timeliness and effectiveness
  • Execute day-to-day operations to drive key performance indicators (KPIs) such as referrals, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction
  • Represent the organization in community-related activities and events
  • Identify new business opportunities with referring partners
  • Develop census as defined by targeted goals of the business plan
  • Assist with coordination of the referral-to-admission process
Requirements:
  • Preferred Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, and/or Marketing
  • 3-5 years' progressive experience in marketing and/or public relations in a healthcare setting
  • Long-term care experience required
  • Must have advanced training in hospital or nursing facility administration
  • Knowledge of healthcare reimbursement and regulatory standards
  • Must possess the ability to communicate effectively, orally, and in writing
  • Professional sales presentation skills required
