Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Conference and Event Planner to join our team. This role is pivotal in orchestrating events and tours for distinguished military personnel and government officials.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough reviews of existing documentation to ensure clarity, accuracy, and adherence to established standards.
  • Create high-quality written materials suitable for public dissemination.
  • Collaborate with technical experts to resolve any discrepancies in documentation.
  • Edit and revise content to comply with Air Force and DoD guidelines.
  • Draft scripts for various events, including videos and ceremonies.
  • Provide editing and publishing services for both classified and unclassified documents.
  • Support event logistics, including preparation and execution of tradeshows and corporate tours.
  • Engage with a diverse audience, including senior military leaders and industry professionals.

Qualifications:
Proficiency in standard office software such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook is essential for this role. Candidates should possess strong editing and writing skills, with experience in technical documentation being highly desirable.
