Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Medical Graft Processing Specialist to join our team. As a Medical Graft Processing Specialist, you will be responsible for producing high-quality tissue grafts for various customers using grinders, scalpels, and other equipment. You will work in a fast-paced environment and be required to meet strict quality and production standards.
Key Responsibilities- Produce tissue grafts to specifications, including dimensions, weight, and volume
- Operate grinders, scalpels, and other equipment to process tissue grafts
- Work in a team environment to meet production goals and deadlines
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures
- Report numbers accurately and maintain accurate records
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Regular attendance is an essential function of all positions
- Must be guided by the highest level of integrity and people-centered care
- Must be able to work within a team setting and possess the ability to receive and follow directions
- Must be able to report numbers accurately
- Requires heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs), moderate to continuous levels of standing, and is physically demanding
- Some areas of Manufacturing may require the ability to work around high magnetic circuits or magnetic fields
- Requires good eye-hand coordination skills
- Must be able to meet the required physical demands with or without reasonable accommodation
