Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Medical Graft Processing Specialist to join our team. As a Medical Graft Processing Specialist, you will be responsible for producing high-quality tissue grafts for various customers using grinders, scalpels, and other equipment. You will work in a fast-paced environment and be required to meet strict quality and production standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Produce tissue grafts to specifications, including dimensions, weight, and volume
  • Operate grinders, scalpels, and other equipment to process tissue grafts
  • Work in a team environment to meet production goals and deadlines
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures
  • Report numbers accurately and maintain accurate records
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Regular attendance is an essential function of all positions
  • Must be guided by the highest level of integrity and people-centered care
  • Must be able to work within a team setting and possess the ability to receive and follow directions
  • Must be able to report numbers accurately
  • Requires heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs), moderate to continuous levels of standing, and is physically demanding
  • Some areas of Manufacturing may require the ability to work around high magnetic circuits or magnetic fields
  • Requires good eye-hand coordination skills
  • Must be able to meet the required physical demands with or without reasonable accommodation
