Position Overview: The Marketing Operations Specialist plays a crucial role in coordinating and overseeing support for the marketing communications and strategic initiatives. As the primary point of contact for the department, this individual must demonstrate exceptional communication abilities for effective interactions with internal teams and external partners, including executives, directors, colleagues, and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the workflow of projects entering the marketing communications department, ensuring timely completion by assigning tasks to appropriate team members.
  • Collaborate with division leadership to allocate necessary resources for project execution, maintaining operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
  • Provide administrative assistance to division directors, including scheduling meetings and performing additional assigned tasks.
  • Support internal and external communication strategies, including proofreading materials for professional print and digital display.
  • Assist in organizing special events for board members, staff, and community initiatives.
  • Perform office support functions such as answering phones, managing schedules, ordering supplies, approving timesheets, and coordinating appointments.

Collaboration: The Marketing Operations Specialist will work closely with various divisions and stakeholders, including board members, senior leaders, staff, physicians, patient families, and media representatives.

Qualifications:

  • Education: High School Diploma required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience: 1-2 years required; 3-4 years preferred.
  • Skills: Strong writing, editing, and proofreading capabilities; proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
