    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of our properties, including property maintenance, marketing, and administrative tasks.
    • Monitor and analyze property performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Financial Management
    • Develop and manage budgets for our properties, ensuring compliance with company financial policies and procedures.
    • Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth.
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Communicate effectively with property managers, employees, residents, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless operations and resident satisfaction.

Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field.
    • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in multifamily property management, with at least 3 years of experience in a regional or senior management role.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Proven track record of successful property management experience, with a focus on resident satisfaction, employee engagement, and financial performance.
    • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Certifications and Licenses
    • CAM (Certified Apartment Manager) or CPM (Certified Property Manager) certification.
    • CA Real Estate License.
