Director of Growth and Performance Marketing

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Growth to lead our customer acquisition and retention strategies. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive growth marketing strategies across multiple channels, aligning with our overall business objectives and brand positioning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute data-driven marketing initiatives to accelerate growth, increase bookings, and enhance customer lifetime value across our portfolio of luxury properties.
- Drive decision-making by leveraging advanced analytics to continuously optimize marketing campaigns and improve ROI.
- Lead a culture of continuous improvement through test-and-learn methodologies, developing hypotheses, designing experiments, and scaling successful initiatives.
- Optimize the entire customer journey, from acquisition to retention, focusing on improving conversion rates, reducing customer acquisition costs, and increasing LTV.
- Collaborate with executives and cross-functional teams across the portfolio to ensure cohesive messaging and maintain brand integrity in all growth marketing initiatives.
- Partner with our data team on the selection, implementation, and optimization of the marketing tech stack, including CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools.
- Establish and monitor KPIs to measure the effectiveness of growth marketing initiatives and regularly report on performance to the executive team.
- Stay at the forefront of digital marketing trends and best practices, implementing innovative strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in growth marketing or performance marketing roles.
- Proven track record of driving significant growth in customer acquisition and retention, preferably in e-commerce.
- Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing test-and-learn strategies, with a proven track record of turning data-driven hypotheses into measurable business results.
- Excellent leadership, project management, and communication skills.
- Strategic problem-solving abilities and a growth mindset.
