Job Title: Strategic Accounts Director

Repligen is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Accounts Director to lead our global strategic accounts team. As a key member of our commercial development team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our top customers, driving sales growth, and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies
  • Provide regular progress updates and forecasts to internal stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field
  • 10+ years of experience in BioPharma/Life Sciences sales or a similar field
  • Strong negotiation and executive-level skills
  • Technical knowledge of BioPharma and Life Sciences industries
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to travel up to 30% of the time
