HRIS Implementation Specialist

Key Responsibilities:The successful candidate will work with our Human Resources Information System (HRIS) to implement, configure, and maintain the system. Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting daily activities and configuration of the HRIS
- Designing and developing reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights
- Testing new functionality and features within the system to ensure seamless integration
- Identifying and implementing best practices to optimize system performance
- Providing technical support to business users with HRIS-related issues
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in HRIS analysis and configuration
- Experience with Workday or other HR applications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong analytical and project management skills
- Bachelor's degree in business or information systems preferred
