Position Overview:
As a Procurement Specialist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our supply chain operations. Your primary responsibility will be to streamline and optimize the acquisition of materials from our suppliers, adhering to the principles of effective procurement management.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Organize and enhance the procurement processes for components, ensuring alignment with strategic sourcing principles.
2. Develop and implement logistic solutions that encompass batch size, lead time, packaging, and inventory management.
3. Conduct thorough analyses of supplier forecasts to ensure accuracy and reliability.
4. Monitor and enhance upstream supply chain performance by reviewing key performance indicators (KPIs) and leading initiatives to optimize resource utilization.
5. Spearhead continuous improvement projects aimed at resolving supply chain challenges, such as excess inventory and supplier on-time delivery issues.
6. Escalate critical supplier concerns to senior management for timely resolution.
7. Ensure the quality and consistency of key supply chain parameters, including replenishment lead time, quantity, frequency, and stocking policies.

Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's Degree (or higher) in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in scheduling or planning within a supply chain context.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, trends, and make informed decisions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems.
