Senior Account Growth Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Account Growth Manager to join our team at FNA Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for expanding both DEWALT and Simpson branded pressure washers at Home Depot US/Canada.
As a Senior Account Growth Manager, you will lead our sales initiatives within each customer, working directly with merchants and collaborating cross-functionally with customer support teams. Your primary objective will be to deliver growth, expanded margins, and brand awareness while maintaining targeted volume and profitability levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute promotional plans both in-store and online to maximize volume and brand awareness.
- Manage and further develop the .com platforms for Home Depot NA.
- Responsible for all forecasting of assigned product lines, both units and dollars, plus incremental promotional opportunities.
- Track in-store and online performance against established forecast, ensuring we achieve both customer and FNA objectives, plus performance metrics required by our customer.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify market trends and opportunities, assisting our customers in driving sales.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of sales / marketing / development experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to interact with colleagues across all levels of an organization.
- Highly comfortable working with numbers and analyzing data.
- Ability and interest working with various technologies and customer portals.
- Experience and knowledge working with online social media and marketing.
- Self-starter with strong organizational skills and an ability to prioritize and meet deadlines on multiple projects with attention to detail.
The estimated salary for this role is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
