We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team at Limbach Facility Services LLC. As an Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the performance, productivity, efficiency, and profitability of our company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences through on-time delivery, superior quality, and effective communication.
  • Advocate and reinforce our guiding principles, wellness program, and safety culture.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Attract and develop talent by sourcing local candidates and creating a positive work environment.
  • Manage projects and resources to maximize cash position, profitability, and gross profit returns.
  • Support the VP of Sales and Branch Manager in executing the company's strategy locally.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a construction-related field or equivalent.
  • 10+ years of experience in the mechanical HVAC industry.
  • 5+ years of project management experience.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to travel locally up to 20% of the time.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience leading a team.
  • Prior customer-facing experience.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
Work Environment:

This position operates in a professional office environment and requires the ability to perform repetitive motion, possess visual acuity, and manual dexterity.

Physical Demands:

This is considered a light work position, which means possible exertion of up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.
