- Manage projects and resources to maximize cash position, profitability, and gross profit returns.
- Support the VP of Sales and Branch Manager in executing the company's strategy locally.
- Bachelor's Degree in a construction-related field or equivalent.
- 10+ years of experience in the mechanical HVAC industry.
- 5+ years of project management experience.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to travel locally up to 20% of the time.
- Demonstrated experience leading a team.
- Prior customer-facing experience.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
This position operates in a professional office environment and requires the ability to perform repetitive motion, possess visual acuity, and manual dexterity.
Physical Demands:This is considered a light work position, which means possible exertion of up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.
