Position Summary

We are currently seeking a skilled Principal Electrical Engineer to contribute to our dynamic team. This role involves the modeling, simulation, and analysis of advanced electronic warfare systems, radar technologies (both ground-based and airborne), missile and aircraft systems, as well as RF/EO/IR sensors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with a team of highly skilled engineers and scientists to address intricate technical challenges.
  • Provide technical leadership and management across various engineering tasks.
  • Engage with the Scientific and Technical Intelligence community and support the Air Force Research Laboratory's Sensors Directorate.

Required Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related discipline from an ABET accredited institution.
  • A minimum of 8-12 years of relevant engineering experience, or equivalent work history with a relevant Master's degree.
  • Proven experience in the modeling, simulation, and analysis of electronic warfare systems, radar technologies, missile and aircraft systems, or RF/EO/IR sensors.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to teamwork in a technical environment.

Citizenship Requirement

Candidates must be U.S. citizens and eligible to obtain and maintain a Final Top-Secret Clearance.

Compensation Information

The pay range for this position is $101,000 to $183,300. This range serves as a general guideline and is not a guarantee of compensation. Various factors will be considered in extending an offer, including job responsibilities, education, experience, and internal equity.
