**About This Role:**

We are looking for a talented Global Supplier Development Manager to join our team at the Bosch Group. In this role, you will be responsible for managing relationships with suppliers and optimizing their performance to meet our quality and delivery standards.

Responsibilities:

  • You will work closely with suppliers to communicate technical requirements and ensure compliance with our standards.
  • You will lead efforts to improve supplier performance, including process optimization and quality improvement initiatives.
  • You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve supplier-related issues and implement corrective actions.
  • You will develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers to ensure they meet our quality and delivery expectations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering or equivalent work experience.
  • 3-4 years related experience, preferably in a supplier development or quality assurance role.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience working with suppliers in a technical discipline.
  • Working knowledge of APQP, including design reviews, PPAP, Process control plan, FMEA.

Salary Range: $96,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
