In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and resolving complex technical issues within the supply chain by configuring system setups, optimizing module configurations, and deploying programmatic updates. You will also develop and document technical specifications for new features and enhancements.

Additionally, you will follow Agile principles in delivering value to the business via sprints by completing Jira user stories and epics. You will partner with IT and business teams addressing problems, articulating innovative technical solutions, conducting demos, and sharing best practices.

The estimated salary for this role is between $92,700 and $139,100 per year, depending on your location, job-related skills, knowledge, and experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including healthcare, wellness, inclusion networks, and continued learning and development offerings.

**Key Responsibilities and Qualifications:**

  • Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience. Advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum 5+ years IT experience.
  • Minimum 5+ years experience in Oracle EBS technical development REQUIRED.

Responsibilities:

  1. Resolve complex technical issues within the supply chain by configuring system setups, optimizing module configurations, and deploying programmatic updates.
  2. Document technical specifications for new features and enhancements.
  3. Deliver value to the business via sprints by completing Jira user stories and epics.
  4. Address problems with IT and business teams and provide innovative technical solutions.
  5. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Oracle EBS Supply Chain modules.
  6. Support system upgrades including planning and scheduling, coordination and deploying.
  7. Obtain Lean Six Sigma certification to eliminate waste and improve quality.
  8. Develop new systems and tools and maintain existing ones.
  9. Document and maintain up-to-date systems procedures.
  10. Perform project management tasks and collaborate with teams.
