Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Global Supply Chain Leader to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute global supply chain strategies to support business growth and improve operational efficiency
  • Lead cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and implement best practices
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement business plans
  • Manage and optimize global supply chain networks to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and internal partners
  • Identify and mitigate risks to ensure business continuity and compliance with regulatory requirements

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in senior supply chain leadership roles, preferably in a global biopharmaceutical company
  • Proven track record of developing and executing strategic plans to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to drive cross-functional teams and build relationships with key stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex issues and drive results-oriented solutions
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
