Position Summary:
This role is integral to the operations of Iovance Biotherapeutics, reporting directly to the Associate Director of IT G&A. The IT ERP Finance and Supply Chain Manager will serve as both the technical and operational authority for the Oracle NetSuite ERP application, specifically tailored for the Financial and Supply Chain sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
The selected candidate will be expected to:
- Act as a techno-functional lead and subject matter expert in Oracle NetSuite, overseeing:
- Financial Operations: Implementing Average Costing through Manufacturing Cost Templates.
- Technical Management: Overseeing SFTP integrations.
- Supply Chain Management: Managing Procure to Pay (PTP) and Order to Cash (OTC) processes.
- Enhance the business experience with IT applications by engaging with stakeholders to identify challenges and devise effective solutions.
- Oversee the Oracle NetSuite offshore IT support team, ensuring adherence to change management, release management, and daily operational support in compliance with SOX regulations.
Essential Functions:
The individual will:
- Deepen their understanding of Iovance's Oracle NetSuite ERP and its integration with the Manufacturing Execution System, while managing global support operations.
- Serve as the IT application owner for the Oracle NetSuite financial ERP, leading support, change management, and ITGC SOX reviews.
- Improve the SuiteApprovals functionality for Purchase Orders and Vendor Bills, and standardize Manufacturing Cost templates to support Finance and Supply Chain operations.
- Assist with operational tasks, including end-user support and proactive monitoring to ensure issue resolution.
- Demonstrate knowledge of pharmaceutical business processes and data integrity standards.
- Collaborate with business teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives, enhancing operational efficiency and reducing costs.
Travel Requirements:
Minimal travel is expected, less than 10%.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering is preferred.
- At least 8 years of IT experience with ERP applications, particularly Oracle NetSuite.
- A minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in biotech or pharmaceutical IT, with knowledge of cell and gene therapy being advantageous.
- Proven experience in managing Oracle NetSuite ERP modules, including Financial, SFTP, and Supply Chain.
- Strong skills in vendor management and overseeing offshore teams.
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication abilities.
- Experience in managing application portfolios and budgets for cost efficiency.
- Familiarity with FDA regulations and CFR 21 Part 11 is a plus.
Work Environment:
This position operates in a professional or remote office setting, requiring the use of standard office equipment.
