Job Title: Sales Administrative Coordinator

Job Summary:

The Sales Administrative Coordinator position is responsible for assisting the Sales Managers and Director of Sales & Marketing in maximizing sales and achieving pre-determined targets. This role will support the efficient running of the department in line with Omni Hotel & Resorts Corporate strategies and brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule workloads to meet deadlines of all managers.
  • Prepare and distribute all correspondence, including booking notices, letters, contracts, etc. for assigned managers, ensuring 100% accuracy.
  • Maintain reader files and account files, ensuring all information is included in the file.
  • Coordinate general office functions and ensure that all managers receive messages in a timely manner.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Previous sales experience preferred.
  • College degree preferred, but not required.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule.
  • Ability to work holidays and some weekends.
