Project Planning & Control Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Planning & Control Engineer to join our team at TotalEnergies. As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of large-scale projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain project schedules and control procedures, including the implementation of project control tools such as Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), progress curves, and reporting.
  • Monitor critical path activities and implement proper milestones and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to mitigate project risks.
  • Review and comment on monthly progress reports from Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) Contractors, focusing on contractual issues that may impact the project schedule.
  • Oversee and manage the work of the Document Controller, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
  • Analyze and configure analyses required to address project claims.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering (highly recommended).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in planning and scheduling of large projects, with at least 5 years in Photovoltaic (PV) projects (or similar environment).
  • Experience in EPC side is mandatory; experience as a developer/owner is welcome.
  • Proficiency in Primavera Planning & Scheduling Software and tools related to project control (including MS Project and Microsoft Office Suite tools).
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Valid driver's license.
Working Conditions:

Ability to work at the construction site during the construction period.
