Job Description

Pro REA Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Listing Project Coordinator to assist our Listing Manager in coordinating new listings, vendor management, and open house preparations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with vendors to obtain bids, schedule and oversee work, verify quality, and coordinate payments.
  • Prepare open house materials, pack open house supplies, and deliver them to each listing for the open house.
  • Work with the Listing Manager to develop a timeline and plan for each new listing, including installing lockboxes, making key copies, recording videos for access instructions, and communicating with vendors and team members.
  • Assist with Media Day preparations for new listings, ensuring the home is ready and aesthetically appealing.
  • Manage the email inbox and calendar for the listing department, coordinate the schedule of multiple team members, plan routes, and ensure the highest efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of real estate experience.
  • Valid driver's license and a car available for work (mileage reimbursement provided).
  • Proficient in project management software such as Monday.com.
  • Aesthetic eye and attention to detail for photo and video shoots.
  • Highly detail-oriented, noticing things most people might overlook.
  • Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Quick on their feet, flexible, and adaptable.
