Job Description

PNC is seeking a highly skilled Business Banking Relationship Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Business Banking organization, you will be responsible for managing existing client relationships and growing share of wallet through the sale of PNC's products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage existing client relationships to grow share of wallet and increase revenue
  • Identify customer needs and present PNC's products and services to meet those needs
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase client engagement and loyalty
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to leverage industry knowledge and market insights
  • Utilize technology to enhance client engagement and loyalty through multiple channels of communication
Requirements
  • 3+ years of relevant industry experience
  • Strong business acumen and client relationship management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication and sales skills
  • Knowledge of PNC's products and services
