Business Operations Coordinator

Semi-Trailer Big Box, a leading truck and semi-trailer equipment sales dealership, is seeking a motivated and experienced Business Administrator to join our team in Clermont, GA. This part-time position offers a dynamic learning environment and the opportunity to develop skills in administration, sales, and marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Branch Sales & Operations activities.
- Manage billing, accounts payable, collections, and accounts receivable.
- Coordinate facilities administration, supplies, and inventory management.
- Provide administrative support for transport, maintenance, and customer service.
- Ensure accurate data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
- Collaborate with the Operations & Sales Teams to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
- Administrative and accounting basics required.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Reliable, dependable, and motivated individual with excellent communication skills.
- Microsoft Office Suite proficiency, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams.
- Experience in database applications, data entry, and filing.
Benefits:
- $16-$20 per hour (paid weekly).
- Mornings 9-2.
- Earned PTO.
