Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily operations including mail handling, logistics, hospitality services, and facility oversight.
  • Support the overall food service management in alignment with company standards and policies.
  • Foster positive relationships with clients and guests while ensuring a high-quality dining experience.
  • Supervise staff during meal periods and maintain effective communication with dining service teams.
  • Coordinate special events and ensure they are executed flawlessly.
  • Participate in the recruitment, training, and development of team members.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and implement improvements to enhance service quality.
  • Assist in menu development and ensure compliance with cash handling procedures.
  • Engage in special projects and additional duties as required.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
  • 1 to 3 years of supervisory experience in food service or related fields.
  • Knowledge of dining service techniques, guest relations, and food safety standards.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Serv Safe Certification is preferred.
  • An Associate's degree is advantageous.
