About the Role:

The Executive Director of Operations will be responsible for overseeing the resources and assets of the property, including staff, buildings, and more. This is a key leadership position that requires a strong understanding of business operations and a proven track record of success in managing teams and driving results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to ensure an excellent experience for our guests and residents.
  • Property Maintenance: Ensure that the property is clean and attractive in order to maximize occupancy.
  • Staff Management: Manage seasonal sales staff and recruit, onboard, and train top-quality employees.
  • Community Engagement: Engage guests and residents with daily, weekly, and monthly activities and events.
  • Marketing Partnerships: Partner with the marketing team to attract new residents and guests.
  • Financial Management: Prepare, analyze, and manage the operational budget of the property and improve profitability.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience: 5+ years of resort or property management experience, preferably in a large manufactured housing, RV, or multi-site setting.
  • Leadership Skills: Experience managing a team of at least 50 employees and a proven track record of success in driving results.
  • Business Acumen: Ability to produce financials and budgets, control expenses, and identify opportunities to drive revenues.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with Microsoft Office and other web-based applications, including financial systems.
  • Validations: Valid driver's license, good driving record, and current auto insurance.
