Job Description

Semi-Trailer Big Box, a leading truck and semi-trailer equipment sales dealership, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Administrator to join our team in Clermont, GA. This part-time position offers a dynamic learning environment and the opportunity to develop a strong foundation in administration, sales, and marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Branch Sales & Operations activities.
  • Manage billing, accounts payable, collections, and accounts receivable.
  • Coordinate facilities administration, supplies, and inventory management.
  • Provide administrative support for transport, maintenance, and customer service.
  • Ensure accurate data entry, filing, and record-keeping.

Requirements:

  • Administrative and accounting basics required.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Reliable, dependable, and motivated individual with excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams.
  • Experience in database applications, data entry, and filing.

Benefits:

  • $16-$20 per hour (paid weekly).
  • Mornings 9-2.
  • Earned PTO.
