PHC Specialist

Arbor Images is seeking a highly skilled and motivated PHC Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for ensuring the health and well-being of our trees through expert diagnosis, treatment, and maintenance.

• Tree Diagnosis: Utilize your expertise to identify diseased or damaged trees, and develop effective treatment plans to restore their health.
• Equipment Maintenance: Clean and inspect equipment daily to ensure optimal performance and extend its lifespan.
• Product Application: Properly mix and load PHC products, adhering to strict safety protocols and guidelines.
• Tree Identification: Develop a deep understanding of local tree species, including their growth rates, habits, and characteristics.
• Tool Utilization: Familiarize yourself with all aspects of PHC tools, ensuring efficient and effective use.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed records of treatments, maintenance, and other relevant activities.

• Inventory Management: Regularly inventory PHC products, and notify the office to order supplies as needed.
• Licensing & Certification: Possess a valid Wisconsin Pesticide Applicator License, and maintain a clean driving record with a valid Driver's License.
• Self-Motivation: Demonstrate self-motivation and ability to work independently, with minimal supervision.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the tree crew during winter months for full-time employment, and contribute to a positive and productive team environment.
