Unlock Your Potential as a Business Development Representative

At RED RHINO, we're seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with partners and vendors, and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and lead generation: Research and actively seek out potential partners and vendors to ensure a steady flow of high-quality leads.
  • Partner relationships: Nurture and protect existing relationships, increasing revenue and effectiveness through intentional, goal-driven calls and visits.
  • Strategy, metrics, and reporting: Lead weekly strategy meetings, attend industry events, and stay on top of market trends to guide the team and identify new channels of revenue.

Requirements:

  • Sales experience preferred
  • Pool industry experience preferred
  • At least 6 months experience at RED RHINO for current RHINOs

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary: $55,000-$75,000 depending on experience
  • Bonuses: Potential for variable percentage bonus paid monthly
