Key Responsibilities of a Brand Management Associate:
  • Acquire extensive product knowledge through active involvement in client discussions to enhance consumer understanding
  • Act as the representative of the brand, visiting clients to demonstrate products, deliver sales services, and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Implement sales, marketing, and promotional initiatives by securing accounts utilizing the latest sales strategies
  • Present engaging marketing and sales pitches to potential clients
  • Build strong customer relationships by educating consumers about the brands we represent
  • Increase revenue within the sales territory by consistently achieving set objectives

Qualifications for Brand Management Associate Role:
  • Preferably holds a degree in Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, Communications, or Business
  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, business, management, or leadership is beneficial
  • Flexibility in scheduling is required
  • Aptitude to effectively convey the advantages of client services after training
  • Exhibits a friendly and professional demeanor when interacting with customers, colleagues, and management
  • Time management skills to adhere to training schedules and achieve marketing, sales, and customer service goals
