The Customer Service Specialist role is crucial to our operations. Our Service Coordinators are the heartbeat of our organization, as they create the first impression for our customers. At Zoom Drain, our Service Coordinators are dedicated and empathetic to the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities | WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

  • Conduct preventative outreach by making outbound calls and scheduling appointments with existing clients.
  • Efficiently manage incoming customer inquiries.
  • Identify and evaluate customer needs to ensure satisfaction.
  • Establish and maintain trusting relationships through open and engaging communication.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and comprehensive information utilizing appropriate methods and tools.
  • Achieve personal and team sales goals and call handling targets.
  • Communicate and coordinate with customers according to their preferences.
  • Prioritize and assign work orders to the available workforce.
  • Address complaints, offer suitable solutions and alternatives within specified timeframes, and follow up to confirm resolution.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions, process accounts, and organize documentation.
  • Adhere to communication protocols, guidelines, and policies.
  • Go above and beyond to engage customers.

  • Customer-focused and adaptable to various customer types.

  • Excellent communicators with strong presentation skills.
  • Adept at multitasking, prioritizing, and managing time effectively.
  • Personable and able to convey warmth and friendliness over the phone.
  • Bilingual candidates, particularly Spanish speakers, are encouraged to apply.
  • Residing within a reasonable commuting distance to our office.
