The Customer Service Specialist role is crucial to our operations. Our Service Coordinators are the heartbeat of our organization. They create the first impression for our clients the moment a call is answered. At Zoom Drain, our Service Coordinators are dedicated and empathetic to the needs of our customers.

Responsibilities of the Customer Service Specialist | YOUR ROLE INCLUDES:

  • Conducting preventative outreach by making outbound calls and scheduling appointments with existing clients.
  • Efficiently managing incoming calls.
  • Identifying and evaluating customer needs to ensure satisfaction.
  • Building lasting relationships based on trust through open and effective communication.
  • Providing accurate, valid, and complete information using appropriate methods/tools.
  • Meeting personal and team performance targets and call handling quotas.
  • Coordinating and scheduling with customers according to their needs.
  • Prioritizing work orders and assigning them to the available workforce.
  • Addressing complaints, offering suitable solutions and alternatives within set timeframes, and following up to ensure resolution.
  • Maintaining records of customer interactions, processing accounts, and organizing documents.
  • Adhering to communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
  • Going above and beyond to engage customers.
