Responsibilities of the Customer Service Specialist | YOUR ROLE INCLUDES:
- Conducting preventative outreach by making outbound calls and scheduling appointments with existing clients.
- Efficiently managing incoming calls.
- Identifying and evaluating customer needs to ensure satisfaction.
- Building lasting relationships based on trust through open and effective communication.
- Providing accurate, valid, and complete information using appropriate methods/tools.
- Meeting personal and team performance targets and call handling quotas.
- Coordinating and scheduling with customers according to their needs.
- Prioritizing work orders and assigning them to the available workforce.
- Addressing complaints, offering suitable solutions and alternatives within set timeframes, and following up to ensure resolution.
- Maintaining records of customer interactions, processing accounts, and organizing documents.
- Adhering to communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Going above and beyond to engage customers.
