Key Responsibilities:
As a Front Desk Clerk or Guest Services Representative, your primary responsibility is to ensure our guests receive the highest level of hospitality by:
- Providing efficient, courteous, and professional assistance to guests at all times.
- Maintaining exceptional service standards and hospitality.
- Addressing guest concerns or issues promptly and effectively, ensuring satisfaction in a timely manner.
- Processing guest charges, collecting payments, and adhering to all cash handling protocols as established by Concord.
- Managing guest mail and messages with utmost respect for privacy and professionalism.
- Being knowledgeable about the hotel brand and various programs (including travel programs and special offers).
- Communicating effectively with various departments and management regarding guest feedback and concerns.
- Responding swiftly to incoming calls, lobby visitors, and team members requiring front desk support.
- Having comprehensive knowledge of hotel safety and emergency procedures.
