Key Responsibilities:

As a Front Desk Clerk or Guest Services Representative, your primary responsibility is to ensure our guests receive the highest level of hospitality by:
  • Providing efficient, courteous, and professional assistance to guests at all times.
  • Maintaining exceptional service standards and hospitality.
  • Addressing guest concerns or issues promptly and effectively, ensuring satisfaction in a timely manner.
  • Processing guest charges, collecting payments, and adhering to all cash handling protocols as established by Concord.
  • Managing guest mail and messages with utmost respect for privacy and professionalism.
  • Being knowledgeable about the hotel brand and various programs (including travel programs and special offers).
  • Communicating effectively with various departments and management regarding guest feedback and concerns.
  • Responding swiftly to incoming calls, lobby visitors, and team members requiring front desk support.
  • Having comprehensive knowledge of hotel safety and emergency procedures.
