- Efficiently manage incoming customer inquiries.

- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information utilizing appropriate methods and tools.
- Achieve personal and team sales goals and call handling metrics.
- Communicate and coordinate with customers according to their requirements.
- Prioritize and assign work orders to the available workforce.
- Address complaints, offer suitable solutions and alternatives within specified timeframes, and follow up to confirm resolution.
- Maintain records of customer interactions, process accounts, and organize documentation.
- Adhere to communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Go above and beyond to engage with customers.
We seek Service Coordinators who are genuinely passionate about assisting customers and enjoy problem-solving. We value individuals who are:

- Skilled in computer applications, including Google Drive, Sheets, and Docs.
- Customer-oriented with the ability to adapt to various customer types.

- Personable and able to convey warmth and friendliness over the phone.
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
