Key Responsibilities:

As a Front Desk Clerk or Guest Services Representative, your primary duty is to deliver exceptional hospitality experiences by:
  • Providing efficient, courteous, and professional assistance to guests at all times.
  • Upholding a high standard of service and hospitality.
  • Addressing guest concerns or issues promptly and ensuring satisfaction in a timely manner.
  • Processing guest charges, collecting payments, and adhering to all cash handling protocols.
  • Managing guest correspondence and messages with utmost respect for privacy and professionalism.
  • Maintaining knowledge of the hotel brand and various programs (travel initiatives, special promotions).
  • Communicating effectively with various departments and management regarding guest feedback and concerns.
  • Responding swiftly to incoming calls, lobby visitors, and team members requiring front desk support.
  • Being well-versed in hotel safety and emergency procedures.
