HR Associate

Proclinical Staffing is seeking a skilled HR Associate to provide exceptional support to our team in Cambridge, MA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality, timely, and consistent support to internal customers through the HR Helpdesk.
  • Handle inquiries related to benefits, programs, policies, systems, HR data, transactions, and training.
  • Collaborate on global and regional HR initiatives, such as US Open Enrolment, Global Wellness Week, and other annual HR programs.

Requirements:

  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to provide white glove support.
  • Experience in HR service delivery and operations.
  • Ability to handle inquiries related to benefits, programs, policies, systems, HR data, transactions, and training.
  • Proficiency in managing HR Helpdesk functions.
