We are seeking an experienced HR program leader with a passion for digital-first HR systems, AI, and automation to join our HR Tech Ops team at Moderna. In this role, you will lead multiple programs, working cross-functionally to drive efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness in HR processes, improving the employee experience and supporting our growth.

You will simplify and enhance digital experiences for both candidates and employees, while aligning with Moderna's values and Mindsets. As a key partner to our People Platform and HR Centers of Excellence, you'll manage project schedules, design business processes, communicate with stakeholders, create analytics, and develop change and communication strategies. Additionally, you will oversee and continuously improve our tech stack, integrating AI solutions.

We are looking for someone with a track record of delivering complex HR programs, who thrives in global, cross-functional teams, and is committed to excellence in employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead implementations and ongoing programs, effectively coordinating with various stakeholders, managing resources, and ensuring timely and successful delivery.
• Collaborate and influence across several senior-level stakeholders to identify and prioritize business needs and translate business goals into solutions.
• Lead Design Workshops to capture the art of the possible and take input data and customer feedback to develop scalable solutions that enhance the employee experience with HR digital platforms, ensuring that they are user-friendly, efficient, and effective.
• Manage and resolve escalations thoroughly and with appropriate urgency, demonstrating strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Prepare concise updates communicating results to stakeholders and influence team priorities and business strategy through data visualization.
• Build change strategy for each program to drive awareness, engagement, and adoption across all markets; elevate execution capability across global teams.
• Be COLLABORATIVE with our Digital organization to ensure we are leveraging cutting-edge technology across HR Programs - including AI, machine learning, and other automation technologies.
• Show your CURIOSITY and passion for continuous improvement by bringing new ideas to the table, assessing potential benefit to Moderna, and measuring success of new and existing programs.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree or master's degree with 8 years' experience in project or program management in a globally scaled HR/TA function.
• Proven history of assessing and implementing talent technology at scale.
• Experience project management experience with tools such as Jira or Smartsheet, and proven experience leading HR programs that have a tangible impact on the business.
• Expertise with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS).
• Proven experience in communication and change management initiatives in a global environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AI applications in the HR technology space. Experience with Workday and Eightfold is strongly preferred.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to balance competing demands within specified timescales.
• Experience of data visualization tools such as Tableau.
