Requirements for the Insurance Agent Position

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 1+ years of experience working as an Insurance Agent
  • Good experience in providing client-focused solutions and building customer relationships
  • Experience working with major types of insurance plans, including automobile, fire, life, property, medical, and more
  • Good knowledge of computers and statistical methods
  • Strong communication, presentation, and sales skills
  • Results-driven and able to work without supervision
  • High school or BSc degree; professional certification is a plus
