Gregory Frencken - State Farm Agent is seeking a motivated and customer-focused professional to join their team as an Insurance Account Representative. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in building and maintaining customer relationships, promoting State Farm products, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication and follow-up.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Use a customer-centric approach to educate customers about insurance options and promote State Farm products.
  • Work collaboratively with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals, develop leads, and schedule appointments.
  • Identify customer needs and market appropriate products and services to meet those needs.

Requirements:
  • Sales experience, preferably in outside sales or inside sales representative roles.
  • Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
  • Ability to learn computer functions and work in a team environment.
  • Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain) and Life and Health license (must be able to obtain).

Selected candidates will be required to complete any applicable licensing requirements and training programs. State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees. State Farm agents' employees are not employees of State Farm.
