Job Overview

Schedule: Monday to Friday

Working Hours: 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

Key Responsibilities:

The Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for:

  • Receiving supplies and equipment from various sources.
  • Following instructions from the Supply Technician and executing clerical and physical tasks related to the shipping of goods.
  • Ensuring orders are accurately filled by comparing items and quantities for shipment against documentation, while also ensuring proper packaging and labeling for transport.
  • Verifying incoming shipments by checking items and quantities against bills of lading and other records, identifying damaged goods, and preparing documentation for received items.
  • Utilizing Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office Suite effectively.
  • Physically handling tasks, including lifting boxes weighing up to seventy-five (75) pounds.
  • Using a CMTS device as required.
Qualifications:

Experience: A minimum of one year of specialized experience in operating an online workstation and Supply Inventory Management System.

Education: High School diploma or equivalent is required.

The candidate must be proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Security Requirement: Sensitive but Unclassified security clearance is necessary.
