**Job Summary**

The Sous Chef at Thompson Hospitality is a leadership role that requires a high level of organizational skills, adaptability, and attention to detail. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for managing hourly staff, ensuring the consistent execution of quality standards, and promoting a safe and healthy work environment.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Actively influence the behavior of others to ensure cultural icons are reflected in daily practice

• Develop and hold management team accountable for developing hourly staff to support the organization's talent pipeline

• Monitor and maintain the facility to ensure a high level of quality and safety

• Represent, support, and protect the brand by promoting Thompson Hospitality's values and mission

**Requirements**

• Minimum of 1 year of direct kitchen management experience

• Culinary school background preferred

• Ability to communicate effectively in English

• Ability to speak and understand Spanish preferred
