About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of cooks, salad prep, and other kitchen personnel to prepare and serve high-quality food
  • Maintain and upgrade quality standards and production levels
  • Determine time and sequence of cooking operations to meet meal-serving hours
  • Ensure compliance with food sanitation techniques, scheduling associates, and facilitating all areas of service

Requirements

  • Culinary degree preferred
  • Three to five years of culinary management experience
